Abstract

The basic influence is consisted from the value chain of products and services which is expanding globally. Business collaboration requires the security of electronic communications in an open and distributed environment. In this respect, electronic documents are required as proof of business communication, in the meantime requiring legal evidence or legal force. At present, even if electronic documents are properly communicated in commercial transactions, the final data about property transaction must be on paper and stored in the form of printed copies as legal proof for a long period of time. Selling the property may be influenced currently notion of "blockchain" which is registered in network transactions, grouped into blocks and each block is linked to the previous digital signature. Credit documents can be attached to the application and signed directly when the purchase contract is made. Taking into account these aspects, we want to highlight the possible use of blockchain technology based on best practices from another countries.
