THE DIAGNOSIS OF THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The education policy of the Ministry of National Education in Romania aims at developing human capital, increasing the competitiveness in education and on the labor market through initial and continuous training, applying the strategy "Education and research for the knowledge society" The actions of the modern Romanian school will be as follows: achieving a stable, fair, efficient, relevant educational system by transforming early education into a public good; increasing the autonomy of schools in the primary and secondary education through financial, administrative and human resources regionalization; introducing a school curriculum based on key competencies, agreed and used in the EU, which determines the learner's training profile from a lifelong learning perspective; flexible curriculum by increasing curriculum at the school's decision and increased teacher freedom in the implementation of curriculum within each discipline; the individualization of learning.[2] The Romanian school will be focused on stimulating lifelong learning, developing the "After School" program, digitizing curricular content and accessing all digital learning resources. Long and medium term, school consortia will be set up and integrated school campuses for basic, complementary and continuing education will be developed. There are currently many extracurricular activities to ecological environmental projects, afforestation campaigns, waste collection. Through the SWOT analysis, which will be the strengths and opportunities of Romanian education, the research work will propose measures to eliminate weaknesses and threats. Among the most important points we can say: the acceptance of the students in prestigious higher education institutions in the country and abroad, the professionalism of the teaching staff and the concern for self-improvement, continuous training, specialized, methodical, psychological and pedagogical research; the attractive offer of specializations for education both in primary and secondary education-level 3 and high school studies-level 4 as well as the level of bachelor's and master's degree preparing the graduates for the current demands on the labor market.
