ANALYSIS THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SMART AND SAFE TECHNOLOGIES INTO INTELLIGENT CONSTRUCTION SITE
Abstract
Construction creates environment for the use of the latest knowledge and trends in the field of smart and innovative solutions. One of the areas where it is possible and appropriate to use innovative approaches is the area of construction in the preparatory and construction phase. The construction site presents a constantly changing, dynamic place that is used for construction. Its layout is influenced by technological, time, cost, safety, environmental aspects and, last but not least, the surroundings of the construction site. Also, the conditions of construction site are determined by several participants in the construction (investor, contractor, local authorities, etc). Considering this, designing and updating site conditions is not an easy process. Therefore, it is appropriate to focus on the design of a Smart & Safe construction site solution by applying a universally compatible, cooperating virtual environment, taking into account the latest trends in the field of construction conditions and information technology. The aim of the paper is the analysis of the requirements of the construction site in relation to the construction site equipment; and the subsequent purposed of knowledge database?s levels for construction site equipment. Analyzes will provide a theoretical basis for the design of an intelligent construction site in a virtual environment. The proposal of a smart and safe construction site also contributes to the green sustainable design of buildings. Smart and safe site adjusts appropriately an operation of the construction site and eliminates the impact of the construction site on its surroundings, thereby affecting all three components of green design (environmental, social and economic).
