CURRENT STATE AND PROSPECTS OF LAND REGISTRATION IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Vietnam has been developing rapidly in the direction of a market economy, a strong economic development, an industrialization and modernization process is taking place, and it is increasing population. Quickly created new demands on land. Besides, the development of agriculture must also be a priority to ensure the issue of "Food security". Agricultural land fund is declining due to the development of industries and services, along with infrastructure development and desertification of land. This is an indispensable rule of every country in its development process, so it raises the problem that it is necessary to manage land in a sustainable and economical way to maximize benefits. Land is brought but it must not lose its value. To solve the above problem, the land registration, and cadastral record play an extremely important role, especially the land registration. Land registration not only ensures management consistency but also guarantees the rights and obligations of users. Since then, the entire ownership regime for land, the legitimate rights and interests of users have been protected and promoted, ensuring that the land is fully, reasonably, economically and effectively used. In this article, I will summarize my main research on the current situation of Land Registration in Vietnam and give some reviews, solutions and recommendations to contribute to the improvement and improve efficiency. More in land registration in Vietnam. Therefore, the research results of this article will contribute to a better understanding of the current management, land registration and land policies of Vietnam and will provide very useful guidance for both Vietnamese politicians and the international research community.
