FUNDAMENTALS OF PROBLEMS IN THE CLOUD AUTHENTICATION GEOMETRIC MODELS
Abstract
The research like this one is needed because we need to know what threats can lead to unwanted consequences as identity thefts, data misuse, a compromise, etc. The problem of saving personal data is severe. Since most people prefer storing their data in the clouds, the new problems accomplish it by various types of attacks on the authentication process itself. Attack by attack, they become more targeted. This is the easiest and fastest way to unauthorized take over other humans' files. The goal is determining the vulnerabilities before the attackers do. The problem of stealing the account's credentials is discussing by the experts all over the world. This article presents the analysis of the authentication protocols that are widely used in cloud services. The study based on the comparison of the protocols, synthesis of the main features and review the results. The research performs the development direction of the authentication protocols and their analysis. The presence of a large information base indicates that this problem is urgent and requires solutions. The results reveal that all issues can be solved by using 2 or more protocols that guarantee a secured authentication process. Moreover, this solution is supported by many IT companies that specialize in cyber security. The research like this one is needed because we need to know what threats can lead to unwanted consequences as identity thefts, data misuse, a compromise, etc.
