Level increasing of a home energy sources value 2. Decreasing depends on external energy supplies, which currently cover approx.90\% of the total consumption of the primary energy sources. 3. Improvement of foreign market balance (because the import of primary energy sources is 20 \%) 4. Increasing of assurance and responsibility of energy delivery Organizations providing the RES have different possibilities of financing of its activities, whereby they can use a support of the state as well as a support of nongovernmental organizations.
