Abstract

As it is well known, the process of extracting from the underground the reserves of useful mineral substances by using mechanical methods had been extended mainly regarding the energetic coal a series of countries in the period of 1970 ? 1990, that generated many actions of conception and manufacturing of some specific equipments being remarked mainly Germany, England, Poland, ex - countries of Soviet Union, etc. The main idea consists in choosing and correlating dimensionally, capacitive and functionally some components that together can configure a mechanic complex capable to accomplish till 5?6 cycles of cutting – stepping/day, that can guarantee a production capacity till almost 550÷600.000 of coals per year. The mechanic complex will follow to solve all the problems regarding the cutting of the rock, the loading and transporting it to the stocking bunker. There also be detailed most of the problems specifically for a normal operation of a mechanic face coal complex: lighting, flash lighting, supplying with under pressure liquid, etc.
