CRIMINALITY SOFTWARE CONTROL TOOLS OF ENVIRONMENTAL CRIME
Abstract
The paper deals with the possibility of software tools to control the environmental crime. The original software tool was developed to control the criminality on social networks. The main idea is to focus on the criminality related to the environmental crime. The paper describes the system of the software control, its application and usability. Also other known software tools are mentioned in order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of their use. The previous approaches to create the software tools able to predict criminality. There are several software trying to predict the criminality by different approaches. Two of them are described. The specific social environment of the social networks need also a special software approach. The communication or interaction among social network users was proofed as a main reason of the social network use. The premises of social and community crime prevention are discussed including economic, legislative and historic factors. The factors influencing environmental crime sensitivity are listed. The important question of such a software tool use is closely related to the national legislation and legal conditions of its application by government or municipal units. The safety and the environmental protection is in contradiction with the trend of freedom in everything mentality. The balance of these current approaches need to be found in order for effective protection and safety of environment as well as the people living in it. Current law officially protects both the environment as well as social freedoms.
