THE LEADING ROLE OF INNOVATIVE CHANGE STRATEGIES IN BIOTECHNOLOGY
Abstract
Innovation management has to support the principal strategic factors that can guarantee successful innovative strategies, therefore the role of organizational transformations has a central leading position and is interconnected with the corporationsпїЅ biotechnology. The impact of strategic innovation management is profoundly established in the revolutionary organization of global competitiveness, consequently corporations have to project incorporated biotechnological techniques that are flexible and adaptable to dynamic sustainability and qualified performance. The objective of this study is to highlight the leading role of innovative change strategies as a principal strategic management implement in order to support the hypothesis that these innovative change strategies have vital impacts on the biotechnology of a competitive corporation, as innovation is fundamental to strategy. All gathered data are analysed in a case study to imply innovation health-care models and determine the demand for innovative change strategies, focusing on individual welfare and personalized medicine. The methodology used encompasses empirical research based on qualitative methods, outlining the influential innovative strategies towards more effective routines and advanced superiority. The results show which the weakest and strongest factors can be when devising organizational innovative fluctuations and emphasise the leading role of strategic management in improving professional merit. Overall, new innovative mind-sets and state-of-the-art research & design expenditure are not the only foremost realizations for distinctive innovation sustainability. The principal innovator factors are originated in strategic management within innovative progressions of a long-standing organizational business optimization and outstanding corporation governance. Senior leaders have to be very innovative in go-to-market strategies, partnering strategies, financing strategies, technology, as well as have a conclusive management regarding implementation and health-care models.
