Abstract

Human is a factor influencing the appearance and functioning of naturally set systems in the landscape. Its construction activity affects the events above and below the surface. The way in which the country is affected will be decided in the construction project in the planning and implementation phases of project management. During the construction phase, various stages of elaboration of the details of the project documentation arise. The current concept of the planning phase represents a burden for the coordination of project work. Modern computing technology facilitates the coordination of project work and allows viewing future investment construction in dimensions 3D to xD. The dimension of information is perceived as an important attribute in planning and deciding on future investment construction, therefore BIM (building information model) is the central point of digital transformation of the construction sector and the intravilan. Modeling a construction project using the BIM method provides a virtual view of the upcoming order and allows you to simulate collisions of structures as well as to model future operating costs over time. BIM is therefore perceived as an effective tool for project management, both in the planning and implementation phases, and in the facility management. Governments and contracting authorities across Europe and around the world recognize the value of BIM as a strategic tool for delivering cost, quality and policy goals.
