INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE - THE BASIC UNIT OF INDUSTRIAL SECTOR
Abstract
The world around us is constantly changing, which implies a good organization of all existing resources, especially labor resources. At times, there is a demand for goods or services that require a very high workforce. In other situations, all this is reduced and other economic processes and phenomena attract. These changes need not only be understood, but also predicted, in order not to have unpleasant events. Usually employees and employers are people, most of the time, without training in the economic field. It is from this point of view that it is important to study some basic concepts from an economic point of view.At the company level, at present, the role of management is not to activate within the company the short- and medium-term results, but to conceive and make changes, observing within the company each individual, objectives, needs and motivation of each people, all this meaning a new form of leadership, namely strategic management, a complex process in which the emphasis is on the future of the enterprise, on the implementation and implementation of the strategy.Under these conditions, the enterprise survives and develops by constantly adapting to its environment. This adaptation has to be done on a number of fronts, because competition presents a permanent threat, and progress has to be made at all levels (quality, human resources, productivity etc.).
