The purpose of presented study is to clarify the main issues of the development of "green" entrepreneurship in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania and to assess the current situation of its development in the Baltic States. The research methods used, depending on the task: literature review, descriptive and inferential statistics, method of qualitative comparative analysis, which combines quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Many European indices of the development of the green economy show that, in general, the Baltic countries lag behind both the other EU member states and the countries of the Baltic Sea region.
