A CADASTRAL MAP IN POLAND - THE PROPOSAL BASED ON ANALYSIS OF CADASTRAL MAPS IN SELECTED COUNTRIES
Abstract
The authors of the paper compare the most important features of cadastral systems with respect to their information content included in the graphical part of the cadastre, i.e. on a cadastral map. The performed analysis covered selected countries, such as: Poland, Austria, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Lithuania. Examples of cadastral maps from analysed countries are presented in the paper. Basing on performed analyses the authors prepared a list of the basic data which are recorded on cadastral maps; this allowed for ranking the analysed countries with respect to the amount of different details recorded on cadastral maps. Very important elements of content are missing on the Polish cadastral maps; this, among others, refers to marking boundary points on a map depending on the accuracy of their positions and to boundary lines, depending on the way of its delimitation. Considering the above limitations the authors analysed the content of cadastral maps in particular countries also with respect to diversification of presentation of boundary points and lines, depending on their delimitation accuracy. Basing on performed analyses the authors presented the proposal of cadastral data presentation, covering, among others, boundaries, the boundary status and attributes of boundary points on the Polish cadastral maps.
