EVALUATION OF SURFACE SURVEYINGS REALIZED IN REGION UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF MINING METHOD ROOM AND PILLAR
Abstract
In the protective pillar of the shaft in the mining area North Plant 2 the mining method Room and Pillar was practised on for trial from May 2014 to October 2017, which was suggested as inovation of the mining method Room and Pillar. The task of trial operation was to prove the utilization of the mining method under conditions of underground coal mines in the Ostrava-Karvin? coalfield. The principle of the mining method is leaving stable coal pillars to support the overlying layers and then extensive separation in the overlying strata would not arise and mining influence on the surface would be minimal. The introduction and realization of the new mining method is connected with research of the effects on the surface which is necessary for the consideration of extent of mining effects. The protective pillar of the shaft in the mining area North Plant 2 has not constructed as full protected. In the surroundings of the protective pillar longwall mining method with caving is used. The limited protected area on the surface is influenced due to this extraction. The question is solved how to prove the influence of mining method Room and Pillar during the influence of parallel existence of longwall mining method with caving in the surroundings of protective pillar of the shaft. In order to many measurements both on the sutface and in the underground space were projected and realized. The article deals with the methods of measurement and the accuracy of the resultes of the surface measurement which are realized for the use of assessment of influnce of mining method Room and Pillar on the surface.
