Abstract

Today, tourism is considered in a different approach, away from classic tourism understanding. The countries which have developed their national aviation and can create alternative tourism types have been ahead and had advantages in payment balances. However, the governments of some countries which guide the world tourism today have had to give financial support to save their aviation campanies under a heavy economical crisis after the 11th. september terror events and afterwards during the economic crisis. Under these circumtances, It is essential to evaluate civil aviation campanies in different aspects and being thought in a multi-sided way, to examine from the aspects of quality and quantity and the sectoral necessities as well, thinking critically civil aviation campanies In this study, it is intended to evaluate properly the existing aviation campanies in Turkey not only in their situations during crisis they face to face in different times but also their marketing strategies put forward comparatively and give necessary suggestions with the systemic approach. At the same time This paper evaluates the role of crisis indicators in sustainable tourism development and shows why this is closely connected to issues in sustainable tourism
