THE FEATURES OF INDUSTRIAL MODERNIZATION MANAGEMENT IN FOREST COMPLEX
Abstract
Forest complex is the great asset for the country-owner. This segment of the national economy provides the wide spectre of different resources valuable for many industries of the national economy such as construction, printing, trade, medicine. Therefore it is necessary to form proper technical and technological base with industrial modernization mechanisms to use huge potential of forests fully, keeping ecological standards and norms of rational nature use. In the article the questions of industrial management modernization are considered in complex, including ecological management and ecological policy in relationships with physical and financial indicators of companiesпїЅ activities, possible technological and technical decisions fitting current orders of the society and market. Methods of multidisciplinary analysis, comparison, analogy and modelling are widely used in the article. The factical and statistical materials are represented on the example of Russian forest complex development over the last quarter of century. In technological novations we can underline so-called light-technologies with self-cleaning mechanisms, perspective to be used in processing of forest seed oil, mushrooms and berries. Some timber industry equipment can implement such technologies too. The most significant result of the research is the authorsпїЅ пїЅConcept of industrial modernization managementпїЅ, basing on the synergy of novations in ecological management, governmental financial methods of stimulation, technical, technological, marketing and business decisions.
