ERGONOMIC ETHICS WITH APPLICABILITY IN WELDING TECHNIQUE FIELD

Abstract

Industrial processes are made obligatory in terms of quality, all under a price/quality ratio to the desired level for the products. Also, it is ob ligatory imposed that the activity to take place in conditions and to be s ubjected to the environmental management: respecting the legislation, to ensure specific conditions , a proper ventilation, noise protection and ergonomics in the field. A key element in implementing ergonomic solutions is the improvement in the field of all the interested f actors. Thus, service training is made from the manager, supervisors, personnel at different levels the operator, designers of equi pment manufacturers, accessories, devices until furniture designers (tables adaptable to parts, special chairs to as sure a comfortable position of the operators) clothing, helmets. There are presented some study cases of the applicability and ergonom ics principles in welding en gineering field with ethical implications. It is also ev idenced the importance of endow ments (auxiliary work tables, ergonomic chairs for welders), the flow of hi s disposition, clothing perfectly suited to the size operators (protective clothing, gloves, boots), parts handling systems (cranes, wheelchairs, assistive devices), the welding torch adapted (in terms of easy handling, according to the technique applied, for exam ple with its own suction pollution systems) to follow the implications of musculoskeletal operators.
