ASPECTS REGARDING THE INTRODUCTION OF THE REAL ESTATE CADASTRE AND THE REALIZATION OF CADASTRAL EVIDENCE ON A CADASTRAL SECTOR OF THE INTRAVILAN OF TAGA LOCALITY IN CLUJ COUNTY

Abstract

The documents of the general cadastre may result from the centralized and selective take over of the data and all the cadastral records from the specialized cadastre, regarding the immovable assets that are their object of activity. These selectively taken elements use to update the general cadastre after the end of its introduction into an administrative territory. One of the main steps for completing the general cadastre is the realization of the real estate cadastre. This article presents the way in which the data obtained from the measurements and from the old cadastral plans are used to achieve the cadastral plan and the real estate evidence from Taga locality. For the realization of this article, we used the measurements made in the field with topographic equipment. To complete the measurements with the data we could not get in the field, in the measurement stage, we used the old plans. The completion of the work was: scanning the plan, georeferencing the plan, vectoring the cadastral sector, vectorizing the buildings and completing them with the postal addresses, making the cadastral numbering of the buildings, marking the categories of use on the parcels, vectoring the existing permanent constructions, numbering and mapping them, the delimitation plan for each building in the cadastral sector, as well as the determination of the surfaces and the realization of the coordinate inventory. This article aims at presenting a way to obtain the basic cadastral plan for a cadastral sector and the creation of the related database.
