RESEARCHES AND PROPOSALS ON THE ECO-RECOVERY BY COMBINED METHODS OF THE SLUDGE RESULTED IN URBAN WASTEWATER TREATMENT
Abstract
The importance of the ecological exploitation of the treated sludge consists in the fact that it is generated in the treatment plants 365 days from 365, 24 hours from 24, but unfortunately the sludge exploitation is limited nowadays, no matter the chosen option. Practically there are no standard solutions, all the research options, respectively the exploitation of the sludge require costs and cooperation with the thirds, plus the sludge quality must conform to certain values imposed by law. The difficulty elements of the problem are the sludge recycling limited by the legislative context and the anxiety of the population towards the treated sludge. Is it ecological exploitation possible? Measures proposed to prevent, limit, diminishing and counter fighting negative effects over the environment must be differentiated according to the sludge using. To conformable UE legislation, WWTP operators need firm solutions for long time for using /eliminating the sludge and unfortunately there are only a few ecological solutions for. Measures for reducing the negative impact by combined method during the ecological recycling processes of sludge are classified пїЅn 3 (three) main directions of research: 1. Primary measures - applied before purifying: separation of the meteor water from the sewage waste water; implementing pre-treatment plants for all the economic agents; utilizing de grease separators so on. 2. Secundary measures - measures following the technological flux: electro-kinetic disintegration; ultrasonic disintegration of the mud particle; polymers treat. 3. Final measures to eliminate /use (recycle) sludge: obtaining biogas; spreading on degraded areas, nurseries, silviculture, sterile dumps, decanting ponds, incineration, building materials; subterranean mining spaces, in ecological deposits destined to the treated sludge.
