DEVELOPMENT THE INFORMATION - ANALYTICAL SYSTEM FOR ASSESSING THE IMPACT OF LANDFILLS ON THE ENVIRONMENT AND ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT
Abstract
The article describes an information-analytical system for assessing the impact of solid waste landfills on the environmental. The proposed system can be an informational basis for creating a national register of municipal solid waste, both authorized, acting in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, and unauthorized dumps. This basis will provide a scientific and economic justification for making decisions on the prospects for the management of municipal solid waste at the regional and local level. It is proposed to use information - analytical technologies data processing to conduct research on the dynamics of changes in the state of environmental. ArcGis tools are used for collection, accumulation, processing, formalization and presentation of data regarding impact factors and environmental ecosystem state. For an effective assessment of the environmental impact, methods of remote sensing of the Earth have been used. The above tools provide for interpretation of analysis results in graph form on electronic maps and implementation of mathematical methods for assessment of intensity of anthropogenic impact and modeling of its environmental consequences. Synthesized interactive cartographic materials are created with the help of modern information technology of geodata analysis and have high visibility. The developed prototype of the software package is focused on informational support of pre-project management decisions regarding further prospects for the operation and development of a network of landfills and solid waste landfills in the regions (administrative regions) of Ukraine. Assessment algorithms are adapted to the available options for providing input data for the automated calculation of indicators of environmental and economic losses based on digitized data. Sustainable development criteria include the assessment of landfills for their degree of compliance with legal and environmental standards. This electronic management will ensure the selection of adequate measures to eliminate the inconsistencies and the provision of an environmentally friendly method of disposal and disposal of waste.
