PHOTOGRAMMETRY APPLICATIONS IN SURFACE MINING
Abstract
This article aims to present the process of obtaining the modern photogrammetric products such as orthophotomap, digital terrain model, regarding surface mining in open pit mining and quarries. The authors also want to present current technologies in photogrammetry, data processing using graphics stations and digital processing of data obtained by using UAV systems with a fully integrated RTK module that provides real-time centimetric position information to achieve very high accuracy of meta-information in images and D-RTK 2 mobile station, a modernized, high-precision GNSS receiver that offers real-time differential corrections that generate centimeter-level positioning data, to improve relative accuracy, fully compatible with NAVSTAR GPS, GLONASS, Beidou and GALILEO signals available now. Practical purpose of the article is represented by the processing using landmarks and ground control points as well as the processing without landmarks, only based on RTK measurements using a DJI Phantom 4 RTK drone and D-RTK 2 Mobile Station.
