Abstract

The main purpose of any socio-economic system is the quality of life of the population. Factor of production is dominant in the regional economy to achieve those goals. Creating conditions for the development of industrial production, is subject to state regulation, including all levels of government. However, responsible for the achievement of the final goal are also enterprises, organizations and citizens themselves. Production potential and quality of life of the population-are directly linked to the level of economic development of a region, as well as macroeconomic indicators. In recent years, Russia has undertaken a number of measures to accelerate economic growth with the aim of improving the quality of life of the population, which contributed to the economic, social and political stability in the country. In our study, given the task of performing accurate quantitative analysis of the production potential and justification of its defining value to the quality of life of the population of the Kursk region consisting of regions TSFO of the Russian Federation.
