STUDY OF CUTTING PARTS OF MINING MACHINES WITH THE HELP OF CAD/CAE SOFTWARES
Abstract
Computer assisted design and simulation are essential stages in the process of creating a new technical product. The paper presents the utilization of cutting parts, equipping 2K-52 machines, as fundamental element in the development of modified cutting parts for KSW-460NE machine. This modification has been possible due to the study of the machine?s cutting parts with the help of CAD/CAE software. Adapting the cutting parts to KSW-460NE machine has been imposed by the geological-mining conditions of the coal layer exploited, high reliability and ascending exploitation, 15 - 20? inclination under artificial roof, screen with crushed rock.
