MINIMIZING THE AVERAGE ANNUAL EXPENSES FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF MINE ROADS BY THE USE OF BETWEEN-REPAIR SCHEMES
Abstract
Expenditure for repair and maintenance of mine auto-roads in opencast mining is neither planned nor managed. There are opportunities for significant reduction of those expenses in case regularities of change of expenses for current maintenance of are known and adequate between-repair schemes are applied.
