Abstract

Industrial ventilation and air conditioning systems aim at ensuring the air purity and microclimate conditions of the human activity and the nature of the technological process. These ventilation systems help in maintaining work capacity, removing occupational illnesses, increasing the labour productivity and the quality of work-related products. The structure of ventilation systems in spaces and industrial premises requires a thorough knowledge of the technological processes that take place, of the equipment and its location on the premises, of the nature and quantity of the gas released, of the environmental conditions required by the work health and safety. Implementing an individual ventilation system should harmonize comfort requirements with the user's ventilation system management, without adversely affecting other system functions. In order to choose a ventilation system, an analysis of the workplace to be ventilated should be done in a manner of which the solution that has been chosen, to solve the problem of evacuation, but also to respect the comfort of the working staff. These considerations are enough to ensure the proper functioning of industrial ventilation installations. The paper will present how to improve the parameters of a complex branch ventilation plant.
