CONSTRUCTING THE MODEL-DRIVEN SYSTEM FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCHES SUPPORT ON THE ORIGINAL SOFTWARE PLATFORM FOR PRIMARY DATA CONSOLIDATION
Abstract
Carrying out scientific experiments and field observations requires systematization, coordinated storage and possibility of online analytical processing of primary data to obtain consistent results and to discovery new knowledge. The article presents an approach to building a model-driven system based on the software platform of primary data collection and analysis. An approach to the constructing the control model of the data consolidation system based on the analysis of data description in the context of the stages of scientific research is suggested. It describes the process of formation of the control model and data consolidation system configuration for scientific research via the platform interface. The control model of the system is based on the definition of objects of the area of exploration, their properties and relations between them. The proposed approach is illustrated by an example of the problem of assessing the degree of soil degradation, anthropogenic and technogenic load on the soil using bioluminescent enzymatic analysis. The obtained results are the basis for further analytical and intellectual processing of the accumulated data.
