Abstract

Nowadays in buildings energy supply the various combinations of the district heating, electricity and natural gas systems are used for heating, hot-water supply, cooking and etc. At the same time due to the development of energy saving technologies the available generating capacity on various types of energy has appeared and the competition among energy supplying organizations may occur. Therefore, we need to consider the impact of such decisions on the development of all types of engineering networks in specific areas at the design stage of new buildings construction and coordination of projects in local government . The method for analyzing the consequence of various energy-selecting schemes using and its influence on the surrounding grounds infrastructure is proposed in this article. This method is based on the use of three-commodity energy balance model and spatial modeling in the geographic information system environment. The method implementation allows evaluating and comparing the object placement and energy supply schemes options by criteria relating to the power reserves availability in territory segments and their possible extensions.
