Abstract

The article proposed the technology of monitoring the process control system the man-machine-environment. Machine Health Monitoring Center uses technology to identify trends that will help improve the service, support, and overall design of equipment. Technology specialists handle hundreds of alerts per day, either contacting the customer directly or passing the information on to a service manager or field dispatcher. Hardware-software automated monitoring enables structural studies and monitoring algorithms of technological machines, and operator actions. The proposed methods and technologies for monitoring control parameters earthmoving machinery are the basis for the synthesis of algorithms of Automated Control System. The possibility of modeling control processes based on the diagnostic data improves the quality of models. Refines the model of the medium and technology of machines, as a result of the diagnosis, provide lifecycle ACS algorithms during the design and operation. Increases competitive technological machines due to functionality associated with the correction of the control algorithms.
