Abstract

The paper presents and analyses different solutions to determine the alignment to be taken into account in designing forestry roads in order to prevent and remove the effects of natural calamities. The proposed solutions take into account the area of the forestry roads in order to integrate them harmoniously in the region landscape. The paper also presents a case study concerning the solutions adopted to remove the effects caused by the natural calamities in the summer of 2016 on certain forestry roads in the Timi? County.
