The materi alization of this policy is achieved by designing, implementing and maintaining an integr ated management system on quality, environment, safety and health. Thus S.C. Salubrizarea S.A. Galati, Romania, allocates for this purpose financial resources, documentation and trained personnel with responsibility in quality, environment, health an d safety. It also promotes awareness of personnel and staff working on its behalf in connection with the importance of environmental protection and compliance with Integrated Management System Quality, safety and environmental health. Inves tigation methodology is based on theoretical and practical elaborations of researchers and practitioners in Romania and abroad, on systemic analysis of economic processes. An alyses, calculations, trends are made based on statistical data. Using diagnosis contribu te frequently to the early discovery of disturbances on the company's business in an early stage, allowing the adoption and implementation of decisions as prophylaxis, that prevent occurring some serious losses or costs to society. The co rollary of this advantage is the perception of quality of diagnosis of new items, valuable when they are in a primary phase of the event on their evolution. Once identified, the manager can act to enhance company and their full recovery by accelerating the development of a domain and register the company or its best performance at the national level.
