INNOVATIVE RECOVERY METHODS OF TECHNICAL INSTALLATION IN BROWNFIELDS
Abstract
The paper deals with possibilities of recovery methods of technical installations in brownfields. The paper refers to basic problems of regeneration of technical installations in brownfields, namely the identification of individual networks, their often diametrically opposed structurally-engineering states, possibly the effectiveness of approach to reconstruction. The paper offers possibilities how to access to the structures that often exceed their moral life and last but not least, the paper offers new progressive methods for their regeneration. For the process of restoring brownfields technical equipment are very important data describing the route of existing utilities in the area of interest. This data combined with the exploration of current construction-state guide leads to creation of efficient and high quality proposal for the recovery of these networks and, in the case of accession to this renewal is then possible to achieve a huge cost minimization of building new routes utilities mainly due to the utilization of already built old routs, as well as minimize excavation work, which greatly limits any operations in the area of interest, and last but not least, these recovery methods contribute to the sustainable development of the territory.
