Abstract

The article describes the underground mining of compact ore bodies by inclined layer panels. (each sequentially developed bottom-up by means of inclined blind drifts). Compact ore bodies are opened by an inclined shaft equipped with a special hydraulic pipelines for delivery of fine-grained rock mass to the surface. In this case, the inclined shaft path, depending on the shape of the ore body, can pass from below the ore body, above it, or diagonally near its lateral surface. Directly from the side wall of the trunk, horizontal short field drifts cross the lateral surface of the ore body successively with decreasing altitude. Further, from the faces of the field drifts at a right angle to both sides of the field drifts, horizontal ore vectors are cut and passed, from the walls of which steeply inclined production approaches with alternation with pillars in the same plane of the layer panel pass at right angles along its route. The fulfilled approaches are laid with an ice-rock bookmark. Then the pillars are worked out and laid. Then they switch to the overlying level with working out in the same order. At the same time, the roof of the underlying panel is the soil for the overlying one [1]. 25-300 sloped drifts are developed top-down, and the face is broken using a hydraulic-pulse or mechanical impact method in continuous flow production. Ore is dispensed from the bottom of mining openings (to the access to general mine vehicles) to the appropriate ore ort, to the field drift through the pipeline by the pneumohydraulic method and then to the pipeline transport line along the inclined shaft. (The article describes the method and mechanisms for stull cut-and-fill stoping able to immediately bear rock pressure). The high expansion of the worked-out space when freezing the water of the bookmark, which receives the mining pressure immediately, provides complete safety from collapses at the mining of ore bodies and damage to the opening workings [2],[3]. These technical solutions will ensure the change in the technological concept of mining production from cyclic to continuous one.
