DETERMINATION AND LEVELS OF IRON AND COPPER IN SERBIAN WHITE WINES
Abstract
The metal content of a number of white wines was determinated by inductively coupled plasma optical emission: Cu and Fe. The metal content of white wine samples ranged from 13.6-39.4 $\mu$g/L for copper and 1.6-11.7 $\mu$g/L for iron.
