RESEARCH OF POSITIONING OF THE BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES IN THE MINING AREAS AND PROTECTED DEPOSIT AREAS
Abstract
The paper deals with the topics related to the construction of buildings and facilities in the selected mining areas and protected areas of mineral deposits which purpose both relates or does not relate to the mining activities. Buildings and facilities are within the territory of the Slovak Republic. The initial part of the article will briefly describe the issues connected with building industry challenges in such areas but the major objective is the analysis of opportunities for construction of similar facilities in this environment. There will also following sub-goals, namely: Research of buildings in the mining areas and protected areas of mineral deposits which relate to these activities. Followed by research of buildings in the mining areas and protected areas of mineral deposits which do not relate to these activities. Additionally legal conditions for the construction of пїЅSanctuary LadceпїЅ will be covered. Finally, other future construction sites related to the research will be described too. After summarization of the basic legislation process on this problematic the evaluation chapter will in addition cover the applicable statutory provisions for the minerals, mineral deposits, restrictions on activities, construction permits, drafts of the planned documentation. Protection of the mineral resources and concerned authorities will be described as well as remaining environmental questions.
