KINETIC PRINCIPLES OF DYNAMIC ARCHITECTURE AND HOUSING
Abstract
The dynamic architecture is not only the architecture of the movement as such, associated only with a spatial object changes, but also the architecture with qualitative changes occurring in time. Thus the concept of dynamic architecture does not exclude principles of permanence and stability. With the development of computer technology it became possible to create the complex structures that contain information about variable spatial configurations determined by different conditions. In the end, the architectural object, getting into a new field, generating evolutionary transformation and reaches the steady state. This process may be cyclic or acyclic in nature. But first and foremost, dynamic architecture aims to dialogue with man and the natural context. This approach ensures the creation of not just the architectural object, but "living space" in General. Architecture of the future must meet all the requirements of the person and dynamically change along with our society and its needs. One of the architectural trends of the future is dynamic or kinetic architecture. Kinetic architecture is one of the newest and most interesting areas of architecture. This term can be explained as the movement of an object or group of objects under the influence of natural forces. Based on the consideration received major coverage of the dynamic properties of architecture in the paper we note the need to move beyond the techniques and to evaluate aspects such as the dynamics of age-related needs of the person with ways of reflecting this momentum in the kinetic architecture of gerontology. Form of implementation of the kinetic principles is architectural kinetic gerontology which can serve as the introduction of a system of social institutions пїЅ homes for the elderly in the structure of the cities. While great importance is dedicated to the organic integration with the whole diversity of life and exclusion of segregation or differentiation feelings of any population group in society, including and disregarding on the age and physical criteria.
