Abstract

The article shows the new methodical approaches to evaluation of planning quality and realization of technological water use process as for irrigation systems as a whole, as for separate irrigated plots on agricultural premises and on farms. There were based and developed: a new classification of irrigation systems, a new method of standard calcu-lation and possible limits of change in technical, ecological and economic values at wa-ter use on irrigation systems. There was proposed a system of technical and economic aspects and method of their evaluation, ensuring scientifically based estimation of irri-gation systems technical level, energy and water resources use for irrigation as a whole. For automatic calculation of efficiency of planning and water use scheduling realization on specified land reclamation object special algorithms and computer software were de-veloped to calculate numerical values of certain parameters. Performed research made it possible to base the main technical and operational parameters of technically excellent and ecologically balanced irrigation systems.
