RESEARCH WORK ON THE INFLUENCE OF APPLICATION OF THE BEST AVAILABLE TECHNIQUES AT PROCESSING OF SEDIMENTARY AND IGNEOUS ROCKS ON THE AIR POLLUTION IN BH
Abstract
This paper represents results of measuring of sedimentary dust at two locations. One location is at SM where installed is old fa shioned technology for limestone processing. The other location is „Kota“ near Vareš, where installed is contemporary technology for limestone and spilite processing with application of BAT (the best available technique), and is a property of company „BBM Vareš“ d.o.o. from Vareš. Measurements confirmed that during limestone processing wh ere old fashioned technology is installed primary pollution with dust of researched area occur and that represents the most significant pollution source. Also, measurem ents confirm that during limestone and spilite processing in company „ BBM Vareš“ d.o.o. at each measuring points, measured values were under border values. Emissions of gaseous pollutants as well as noise were of secondary character and insignificant in comparison with dust emission.
