PLATFORM INTEGRATED RISK ASSESSMENT DOCUMENT ANALYSIS BASED WITH DANGER GAS WELLS EXTRACTION AND INITIAL PROCESSING
Abstract
This paper presents a theoretical and practical approach of the evaluation concept of professional risk specific to activities of gas wells extraction and initial processing. The scientific research highlighted in this article was obtained during INSEMEX Project from The National Program for Research and Development PNCDI-CEEx. The main purpose of evaluating industrial risk is to prevent this type of risk and when there is no possibility to eliminate it, it is mandatory to reduce it up to the amount of residual risk which must be properly controlled. Regarding to the prevention main task are the following principles based on the risk analyzer: elimination or minimization of risk is achieved by applying the basic principles of explosion prevention, pollution prevention, fire prevention and the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases. The final process of obtaining the global results of assessment consists in the Fuzzy logic inference algorithm which includes: Input from system analysis; Fuzzification (transforming data into fuzzy variables) / fuzzy logic inference / defuzzification; Output data (results of assessment); Nuanced appreciation of the estimated results.
