Abstract

It is shown that information and communication technologies are the most important factor of improvement of educational process and their role increases at a stage of for-mation of innovative economy. It is shown that the generalizing rating assessment of the student counted in an information system with a high degree of reliability is associ-ated with the final characteristic of the quality of education as which the GPA of stu-dents can be used. Indicators of assessment of efficiency of information systems in edu-cational institution are offered. It is offered to count an integrated indicator of efficiency on the basis of an estimated vector which is formed on the basis of a vector of private indicators of efficiency of educational system. Coordinates of an estimated vector are units and zero. Number 1 corresponds to a satisfactory situation, and number 0 ? unsat-isfactory. For assessment of efficiency of educational system the actual length of an estimated vector is compared to the standard. Objects for the analysis of efficiency of use of the training system by means of the developed integrated indicator can be: stu-dent's group, profile, direction of training.
