Abstract

Aim of this paper is to provide the overview of ecological friendly mechanical engineering through design solution in the field of material handling. There can be achieved a significant reducing of energy consumption with advantage of maintenance simplicity by decreasing level of the automation and the design complexity. Model situation is dealing with change of the material position orientation by using minimum of external forces and processes. The orientation change is induced by motion of the material along preliminary defined trajectory and its following impact on rebound structure. The trajectory is determined based on theoretical model using fundamental principles of kinematics and dynamics. Analytic calculations are used for design of testing stand which serves for evaluation of the theoretical assumptions. Simply solution of the essential objective based on fundamental laws of physic is further completed by model design solutions which are used for process optimalization. The design solutions use simply mechanisms to ensure the functionality of whole process.
