FORECASTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRARIAN AND INDUSTRIAL SECTOR OF THE REGION IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract

Under the current conditions of the functioning of agribusiness entities, forecasting of agribusiness development is of great importance. First of all, it is related to the fact that the Republic of Mari El belongs to the agroindustrial region. In addition, the enhancement of the integration processes is observed at the present time in the Republic of Mari El and new forms of integration of the economic entities of agribusiness are formed due to these processes. The formation and development of the competitiveness of the integrated structures in agribusiness is the engine of surmounting the crisis and also contributes to the creation of modern high-performance production technologies, agriproduct processing and storage. The implementation of technologies of the digital economy in agribusiness will facilitate the following production increase of farm products, with the purpose of full supply the population of the region with products and industry ? with agricultural raw materials. The article deals with the current status of agribusiness of the region, the main trends of agribusiness are highlighted, the middle-term forecast development of agribusiness of the region is made. In this article the ways of increasing competitiveness and the effectiveness of agribusiness subjects are shown in the conditions of the digital economy.
