DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDICATOR OF ENERGY CONSUMPTION OF UTILITY RESOURCES IN DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS
Abstract
In many cases, the specific energy consumption indicators do not reflect the energy efficiency, since the amount of energy consumption is affected both by the technical condition and design of buildings and the specific use of energy, and specifics of its use and the proper organization (culture) energy consumption. The paper presents a generalized indicator of the energy efficiency of objects that have different purposes and are located in buildings with different technical conditions. The indicator contains two independent components - consumption efficiency indices and an index of investment attractiveness. The first of them characterizes the culture and organization of energy consumption, which can be reduced on the basis of organizational arrangements. The second characterizes the possibility of reducing energy consumption through technical measures [1-3]. Energy efficiency and the potential for energy saving are proposed to be evaluated on the basis of the "level of optimal energy efficiency", determined by calculation or statistical methods. The index of consumption efficiency is proposed to be determined in the form of a deviation of the actual indicators from this level. This will make it possible to evaluate the efficiency of organizational measures for energy saving and the culture of energy consumption in institutions, taking into account the different specifics of their work and the technical condition of buildings.
