IDENTIFICATION OF TECHNICAL INSTALLATIONS IN DIFFERENT AREAS ACCORDING TO THEIR TYPE
Abstract
The paper focuses on investigation and evaluation of the existing situation of various types of brownfield in the field of their technical installations. These brownfields are investigated typologically and divided according to their types, sizes, and functional utilization. This is the base on which their technical attendance is evaluated, namely the designs of public utilities and traffic infrastructure, not only inside the premises, but also the assurance of their connectivity from the point of view of deeper relations within the territory. Problem solving of this issue is an important milestone especially when considering the re-use of brownfield sites of interest, whether to restore their original use, as well as their new re-use. The reconversion of brownfields are obviously related to the construction of utilities, which operate without any construction unthinkable. However at this point is appropriate to assess what operations were for brownfields and typical of this information to get an idea about the existence of existing utilities, which often can be reused, possibly recover and minimize the cost of construction of new networks.
