Abstract

The efficiency of a mining enterprise depends on the quality and timeliness of management decisions. Despite the fairly high scientific, theoretical and practical levels of development of this scientific direction, the abundance of software products on the market, the issue of effective technological management remains very relevant and important. The analysis performed by the authors made it possible to establish that the weakest link in existing systems is to take into account the relationship between the parameters of mining technology and technology of production processes, mining conditions of the open pit, etc. In addition, the technical state and degree of wear of technological equipment are not taken into account duly when setting the planned indicators. as a result, production rates are set incorrectly. This negatively affects the quality of operational planning and management decisions. The developed information support for the technological management system in open pits provides the possibility of flexible standardization based on a systematic approach using the method of simulation modeling of mining and transport system of the open pit. Mining and geological indicators, mining parameters of the main technological equipment for the period, its location, technical condition, etc., as well as economic indicators are accepted as input information flows. The main advantages of the implemented approach are efficiency, reliability, adequacy, individuality of the obtained production standards, taking into account geological, mining, technological and technical factors of functioning of each piece of equipment.
