Abstract

Application of geophysical methods when purposefully deployed, is an efficient tool for getting excellent information while resolving many tasks in various disciplines. The article is about utilisation of data gained by deploying electrical resistivity tomography while resolving stability of non-stable rock block. In this case the task of the mine meter was to calculate volume of eroded rock in discussed rock massif. Information of geophysical measurement by non-traditional method were used. In this case are results of this geophysical method used for calculation of volumes by profile method in which calculation parameters are gained on basis of statistic parameters of specific resistivity values occurrence within measured profile.
