Abstract

Survey sketch is a technical base for legal matters and base for changes cadastral operates. Sketch provides a system where individual digital and analog elements are interconnected through distinct indicators employing principles of modern relational database. The current state analysis of making of survey sketches indicates several technological inconsistencies. The goal this paper is to propose a comprehensive system which combines relational connections between analog and digital parts of survey sketches with established information system of cadastre of real estate. This proposal adjusts contents of analog part of survey sketch and synchronizes them with digital contents. Upon synchronization this data will be utilized for actualization of descriptive data file and geodetic data file. Application of proposed solution will increase efficiency of survey sketch creation for land surveyors, enable simple monitoring for official verifiers and improve utilization possibilities for cadastral offices. Simultaneously, the form factor of survey sketch is changed minimally in terms of appearance пїЅ thus preserving the ease of use for citizens.
