THE INFLUENCE OF SUBCLINICAL MASTITIS ON THE FAT-SOLUBLE VITAMINS AND PROVITAMINS IN COW-S MILK

(STEF92 Technology, 2017-11-20, Cola, F., Cola, M.)

Mastitis affects not only the health of milk-producing animals, having a direct consequence on the farm profitability, but it also affects the animals? well-being. After performing the microbiologic examination of the milk samples coming from cows diagnosed with sub-clinical mastitis, were isolated 9 different species, out of which 7 species of bacteria and 2 species of fungi. The predominant species were those of staphylococci, Staphylococcus intermedius being isolated in 45,45% of the samples. The second species...

RESEARCHES REGARDING THE PROFILE OF FATTY ACIDS IN THE MILK RESULTING FROM COWS DIAGNOSED WITH SUB-CLINICAL MASTITIS

(STEF92 Technology, 2017-06-20, Cola, M., Cola, F.)

The effect of mastitis on the content and composition of the milk lipids is not fully known yet, the literature presenting numerous contradicting data. In this work it was aimed to emphasize the modifications occurred at the level of the composition in fatty acids and cholesterol, as well as to establish the level of peroxidation of lipids in the milk resulting from cows with sub-clinical mastitis as compared to the milk resulting from healthy cows. Thus, within the researches carried out in 2016 in Olt county the...

COPPER DISTRIBUTION AND FRACTIONATION IN TECHNOGENICALLY TRANSFORMED SOILS: A CASE STUDY OF THE KARABASH COPPER SMELTER (SOUTH URALS, RUSSIA)

(STEF92 Technology, 2017-06-20, Minkina, Tatiana, Senitkova, I. J., Pavlikova, M., Pilecka, J., Smulueac, L.)

The determination of the geochemical fractions of heavy metals in soils of technogenic landscapes is a key issue in the study of their mobility. The current study aims to investigate of the accumulation and mobility of Cu in soils adjacent to the Karabash copper smelter at South Urals, Russia. Studies were performed in the plume zone of the Karabash smelter and in the floodplains of Ryzhii Brook and Sak-Egla River for the surface layer of soil (0-5 cm). The level of Cu pollution by soil located at a distance from ...
