The aim of this work is to optimize the growth parameters of D. salina by altering nutritional factors, in order to maximize production of antioxidants and lipid fraction by the microalgae strain. For this purpose, the concentrations of different salts in the growth medium were varied. The effectiveness of rhizobia-legume symbiotic interaction is under the genetic control of macro- and microsymbionts.
