Dust and heavy metals pollution is the first-priority problem of Almaty city. The city is located at the foot of the Tien Shan Mountains in the Southeast of the Republic of Kazakhstan and has the following geographical coordinates: 77 E (east longitude) and 430 N (north latitude).
