In accordance with Tender conditions of Phare Project BG 9904-03-01-01 “Supervision for Closing of the Uranium Mines at Eleshnitza and Dospat” and Inception Report the Radiation Protection Program of the Supervisor are foreseen planning and carrying out of preliminary radioecological monitoring (“zero” monitoring).
